You can help your pupils request an interpreter. If you wish to request an interpreter for your pupil, use the same request procedure as the candidate. Also give the personal details of the pupil, without their e-mail address. You provide your e-mail address so that we can send you confirmation. The request should be accompanied by payment via the platforms offered.

Important

It is not permitted to make a request for pupil A and then change this at the last minute for candidate B. You should only request exams at the CBR and request interpreters if your pupil is ‘ready’.

Driving schools should also book the interpreting service at least two weeks before the exam. We do not handle requests in the shorter term.

If you wish to make a minor change, for example because an exam is moved to a later time or the date of birth is not correctly filled in with the request, you may let us know at least 72 hours prior to the exam without charge.

Remind your pupils to take the opportunity offered at the start of the exam to ensure that they understand the interpreter and feel comfortable with them.
